Why would my JDG App crash unexpectedly when opened for the first time on iPhone 5s and iPad mini 2?

Due to the fact that iPhone 5s and iPad mini 2 are constituted of earlier hardware design, the unexpected crash might be caused by the 

original hardware operating mechanism.

We recommend that you open the JDG App first, and then connect the JDG Drive on iPhone 5s and iPad mini 2 in order to avoid the crashing 

issues.
