Can I record videos and audios on public roads/highways with my car video recorder?

Using a CVR to record videos on public roads is legal in most cases. The law allows one to record video as long as one is not infringing on another's privacy.
The law for recording audios, however, is different and varies by states. We recommend you to notify your passengers that audio recording is taking place, or simply disable the microphone on your CVR.
