Why can't I connect my Wi-Fi SD card to Hotspot in Internet Mode?

1.Please make sure that the SSID and Security Key you enter are correct and are exactly the same.

2.Please make sure that WLAN channel of your router is set between 1 and 11.*
In addition, Transcend Wi-Fi SD does not support captive portal hotspots (which will redirect to a login screen for authentication and payment).

*Transcend Wi-Fi SD card can only support WLAN channel 1~11. For instructions of changing the WLAN channel, please see your wireless router's user manual.
