Can I use a USB2.0 device in a USB3.0 port?

Yes. As USB3.0 is backwards compatible with USB2.0 and 1.1, USB2.0 devices will work with USB3.0 ports. Do note, however, that the data transfer speed of your USB2.0 device will not exceed the USB2.0 specifications.
