Why can't the card reader reach USB 3.0 speed?

Please ensure that your PC or NB has working USB 3.0 ports, and support one of the following operating systems: 

-Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 (support USB3.0).


Note: Built-in USB drivers on MAC OS 10.2.8 or later and Linux Kernel 2.6.30 or later support USB 3.0.
