Why can't I turn on my photo frame?

Please unplug and reconnect the power cable to the photo frame tightly. Make sure that the socket power supply is normal. Wait start-up Transcend logo to show up. If the problem still exists, please press the power button of either the photo frame or the remote for at least two seconds to turn it on.
