A message pops up on my computer asking me to format my memory card, but I can't execute the format function.

1. Please make sure your card reader supports your card.

2. Please download Transcend's "RecoveRx (select "Complete Format")" from Transcend Download Center and use it to format your memory card.

If the problem still exists on all devices, please bring the product with the original receipt back to the original retailer and ask for a repair or replacement service.
