Can I use DDR400 modules 3-3-3 and 2.5-3-3 altogether at the same time?

Using different CL value DDR400 modules on the same platform may cause system unstability or downgraded operating frequency for DDR333. Therefore, we always suggest using the same frequency and CL value modules for stable operation.
