How to troubleshoot the issue when the video recording indicator of my DrivePro 10 stays "solid red" and the recording stops?

We suggest you try connecting the camera to the DrivePro app on the smartphone to check the situation. If the situation is related to the memory status, the DrivePro app will remind you to format.
If the above methods can't solve the situation you encountered, please long press the red button for 10 seconds to reset the device to factory settings. The system will reset settings to default and format the memory card.
Please recheck your DrivePro 10 in the end.

Notice: Formatting permanently erases all data.
