Why are a lot of photos suddenly not displayed in my StoreJet Cloud App?

The display of photos is largely dependent on the Twonky Server. If you had previously changed your Twonky Server's Admin username and/or password, your photos may fail to be displayed. Please follow the steps below to restore the username and password of the Admin account to their default settings.


Step 1: Enter the Twonky Server and select “setting”.


Step 2: Enter the Setting page, and click “Admin account”.


Step 3: Clear the Admin username and password content. Then click “Save Changes”.



Step 4: Restart the StoreJet Cloud App and the photos will be displayed properly.
