How do I improve connection speeds of the StoreJet Cloud using mobile devices?

You can follow the steps below to test the connection speeds when you are experiencing low connection speeds. 

When connected to the StoreJet Cloud via Wi-Fi:

1. Check Wi-Fi signals. Distance and internal walls would affect signal strength and Wi-Fi performance.

2. Adjust your router's position and antenna(s). 

When connected to the StoreJet Cloud via your mobile network:

1. Check your mobile network signals. Connect to the StoreJet Could in a stable 4G network environment. 

2. Check your mobile network plan and data limit, or use an app to test its transfer speeds.
