How do I improve connection speeds of the StoreJet Cloud using my computer?

You can follow the steps below to test the connection speeds when you are experiencing low connection speeds. 

When connected to the StoreJet Cloud via boardband Internet:

1. Check LED behavior to see whether the LED indicator is flashing or solid. Please be aware that connection quality and transfer speeds would be affected by the length of the Ethernet cable.

2. Check if your Ethernet cable is properly connected to the StoreJet Cloud.

When connected to the StoreJet Cloud via Wi-Fi:

1. Check Wi-Fi signals. Distance and internal walls would affect signal strength and Wi-Fi performance.

2. Adjust your router's position and antenna(s).
