Why can't the DrivePro Body Toolbox detect, format or reset my DrivePro Body 10?

1. Upgrade the DrivePro Body Toolbox to v1.3.0 or later.

2. Reset the DrivePro Body 10.Note: Resetting will erase all your data on the DrivePro Body 10.
